When entering into a service related field such as window cleaning, we are faced with a few choices about how to approach the method of doing business.
There has been two different types of window cleaning services thus far.
1) FLY BYES
Get the job done - in and out - as quick as possible). These types of companies are based simply around bulk. Yes, the price will most likely be the cheapest, but the quality becomes non- existant. They know that the customer will never call them back but new unaware customers will keep calling from the advertising. As a customer, using these companies will leave you with, NO customer service, concern for property, respect, knowledge of the individuals who will be in your home, and worst of all no job well done.
2) GREEDY GUS
(Will do nice work but the customer might have to save for it). This company has done it's research and has found the countless fly byes that have went out of business from saturating territory. Word spreads quickly in a neighborhood of whose service not to use. Greedy Gus knows that a homeowner has probably come in contact with a fly bye before and is now willing to pay more for good quality work. After Greedy Gus assures the customer about his attention to detail, the customer will normally pay his price.

Would like to take a different approach. Even though we agree that getting your windows cleaned should not empty your bank account, we are still driven to achieve a quality that cannot be matched. "Are we crazy? Not at all" Its when after we complete a job and our client is perfectly satisfied that we see our path. We are here for longevity. Keeping our customers happy is our only goal. In achieving this we have noticed that the loyalty has allowed us to prosper much more than any other way.
OUR WINDOW CLEANING PROCESS:

1) We announce ourselves respectfully to the client upon arriving promptly on time.
2) We ask for any preferences on any methodology at all
3) We enter the home with covers over our shoes.
4) We prepare the home by removing all screens and storm windows.
5) We begin on either the inside or outside at the customers request (or both).
Steps taken to insure that the glass is perfectly clean.
a) We use a solution that is highly condensed and effective. If we are on the inside our buckets are rested on top of a thick towel to avoid any water spills.
b) First the window is sponged using a professional soaker.
c) While the window is wet we will scrape the glass with a professional window blade that is made for this purpose.
d) We sponge the window again to use our high quality squeegee.
e) Our blue, huck, window towels will make sure that any streaks disappear.
6) We scrub the screens using a soap and soft bristle brush. After rinsing them thoroughly, we dry them off.
7) Since we marked the screens with post-its we know exactly where they go back. We take them back to the rooms, clean the sill, tracks and frames. When the screens or/and storm windows are replaced the window service is done.
8) We ask our clients to take a "walk around" with the job foreman and rate the work. If anything needs a touch up we will do it with a smile.
9) Finally, we will make the home look as if we were never there(inside and out) but the windows are now clean!

Having gutters are an important home accessory during inclement weather no matter where you live. The gutters keep water off your head when you walk into the house, but that's really a side benefit. The major thing is to direct water that's dropping near your foundation and near your walls, away from your house not allowing it to soak under the foundation.

The problem is when it does, it creates some issues, and as long as it is light to moderate rain they will happen slowly.What we know is that gutters are under-sized, and people with no gutters or nonfunctioning gutters are experiencing water intrusion and a lot of major damage.
Gutters typically fill up with mud and debris from trees causing them to become clogged. Cleaning them out can take several hours for just a medium-sized home.
It's a messy, hard job and a lot of times you have to get up on the roof and move ladders along. Most people don't want to do it more than once or, they have to pay someone to do it and if they hire an unlicensed contractor and someone gets hurt there is a high liability factor.
If you're going to take on the task of clearing out your gutters be prepared to spend just about all day on the job for just a medium-sized home.
Gutters should be cleaned once to three times a year. Make sure you inspect them regularly to check that the gutters have not become damaged or clogged again with leaves and branches. Proper drainage is critical in order for the gutters to protect your home.
When you clean your gutters, make certain to run water over them to see that the flow is not obstructed. Clean any screens or guards carefully. Check the downspouts to make sure they are clear. Also, look to see that the gutters are securely attached and that they have not become damaged, or weakened by holding heavy debris or ice. If gutters are loose, the pitch is changed and that can cause water to overflow. Water that remains in gutters can lead to a multitude of infestations.

Why should I get my gutters cleaned?
Your gutters are designed to drain the water from your roof away from your house and foundation. Full gutters and clogged downspouts can lead to roof and gutter damage or flooded basements.
How often should I get my gutters cleaned?
Most homeowners should get their gutters cleaned twice a year. Once obviously after the leaves fall and once again in the spring after bud and seeds have fallen. It takes a relatively small amount of debris to cover or clog any downspout.
Is it messy?
There is no getting around the fact that what is in your gutters, especially if it is wet, is messy. We take the utmost care to make as little mess as possible and clean up any mess that might come from cleaning the gutters. We also always take any debris that we get out of your gutters with us so that you don't have to deal with it after we are gone.
Should I get gutter screens?
We do not recommend gutter screens. Eventually every gutter screen that we come across will allow small leaves, needles, and seed through. The result is that the downspouts still get covered and the gutters still need to be cleaned. Because of the additional labor involved with removing, cleaning and reinstalling the screens, it is quite a bit more costly. Specialized gutters that seem to work have been advertised nationally, however they are very expensive. Some customers have received estimates that would take 20 years of gutter cleaning to break even. There is one product that we will stand behind because of personal experience. Its called Gutter Stuff Pro. We have not had to service any of our client’s gutters after we installed these guards plus the price definitely affordable!
Do I need to be home for service?
No. The work can be done without you being home.
Yes. Once we are finished, we will need to receive a check and issue a receipt unless paid for in advance.
Can the weather affect my service date?
We work in most all weather. It’s already a messy job and a little rain never hurt anyone. If the rain is a heavy down pour then the ladders will become slippery and we will call to reschedule.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
No. We have all necessary equipment for the job.What happens to all of the debris from the gutters?
We bag it and take it with us.Is Window Works and More insured in case of accidents?
Yes!! We carry full insurance in case of this happening. We can also provide "Certificates of Insurance" if needed
